April






Hello!

I have lost about 60 lbs and am feeling great. I try to work out every day for at least 30 minutes, sometimes life gets in the way but I am doing my best. I am currently pretty much sticking to liquids and soups because my lap band is at 11 ccs out of 14 ccs. I have tried solids but I get sick so liquids are what I am doing right now. I have lost about 7 inches in my waist and 1 1/2 inches in my neck.
